How does the free demo version work?

You can download the free demo version of Triaxes 3DMasterKit Professional in order to study the software and make your pilot projects. All the functions of the Professional configuration will be available to you. The free demo version cannot be used for commercial purposes and have a restriction preventing commercial use: Triaxes logo on the resulting images to be printed.
The software works in demo mode until it is activated. Then, if you want to get an activation code, it will be necessary to purchase it.

How to buy the software?

In order to purchase the software it is necessary to press the “Buy Now” button against the necessary package on the pricing page. Then fill in the order form with your personal data and choose any convenient payment type.

How to activate the software?

1. After the purchase save the activation file we send to you to the hard drive. This is a zip archive with the activation txt file inside. Unpack it.
2. Download and open the demo version. The Activation dialog appears.
3. Press the Open… button and select the activation txt file.
4. Press the Activate button.
Don’t use the copy-past operation when activating. Use the Open… button in the Activation dialog to upload the activation key

How do I use promotion discounts?

When a promotion campaign is on discounted prices are marked by the red color on price lists (red prices). Just add a product to the cart. When you add 2 and more products, the discount will be recalculated with a higher rate.

How can I get a refund?

When purchasing a license of one of Triaxes software products, you confirm that you have got acquainted with the demo version and made sure the software will run on your computer and the selected configuration suits your requirements. You agree that you will not claim a refund of your money after getting the activation code for the software.
When buying software a refund takes place only on condition that the program has not been activated (the activation code wasn’t sent).

Refunds are not made in the following cases:
1. The buyer shall have no right to return the used goods, when the exterior of the product and its consumer characteristics were affected, in the absence of a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods (the Law “On Protection of Consumers’ Rights” of the Russian Federation).
2. The software of good quality cannot be returned and exchanged, since it refers to the “List of non-food items that cannot be returned or exchanged” in accordance with Article 25 of the Law “On Protection of Consumers’ Rights” of the Russian Federation.
3. The nominal licenses are not subject to the return or exchange according to the Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation “On approval of the Rules of the remote sale of goods”: “Buyer has no right to refuse the goods of good quality having individually defined properties if the specified goods may be used only by the consumer”. How the software delivery is performed? How to get an activation code?

The software is delivered electronically. After the payment is accepted, a download link to the installation pack, as well as the activation key, installation guide and personal profile password on, will be sent to your e-mail address specified in the order form within 1 business day.

How to upgrade my software? How much does it cost?

When you upgrade configuration of the software (for example, from 3DMasterKit Home to 3DMasterKit Photo), you should pay only difference in prices.

For that, please, contact our sales department and ask for an upgrade coupon code, which will give you discount equal to the price of the previous license. Then, make an order for the necessary software configuration using this coupon code.

How to update my software? How much does it cost?

Updates are free within a year after purchasing/upgrading the software. During that time period, you can download current versions of the software from product pages and activate with your activation key. After that time, you can buy a 1-year subscription for updates which costs 25% of the software price.

Are there any discounts in the case we need 2 or more applications?

*How is CMYK images support realized?

CMYK images support is realized when you open PSD files and save (encode) your results into PSD, PSB, or TIF file format.
When you open a CMYK image, temporary inner copies are created in the RGB model so that you could see the source images on the screen (displays work with RGB). When the image is encoded original CMYK data are used. When the encoded image is created the color profile of the FIRST (source) image is used.
