How does the free demo version work?
The demo mode works as the Pro edition and has only limitations – a mesh of gray squares on the rendered depth map, and a demo sign on the frames.
After purchasing you get the Activation Code to switch program into fully functional without any logo overlay.
How to buy the software?
Press the “Buy Now” button in the pricing table. Then, go to your cart and fill in the order form with your personal data and choose any convenient payment type. You will get the activation code after payment on your e-mail address.
How to activate the software?
1. Save the txt file with the Activation Code (attached to the letter) to your hard drive.
2. Run DepthGate. The Activation dialogue will appear.
3. In the Activation dialogue – click Open license file … and set the path to the txt file with the Activation Code on your hard drive
4. Click the Activate button.

You can also use copy-paste when activating, but be sure to paste the code without additional characters or formatting.

How do I use promotion discounts?
When a promotion campaign is on discounted prices are marked by the red color on price lists (red prices). Just add a product to the cart. When you add 2 and more products, the discount will be recalculated with a higher rate.
How secure is the purchasing procedure?
When paying for the order with your bank card (including the card number that you enter) the payment is handled on the web-site of the PayU e-payment system. It means that your confidential data (your bank card details, registration data and other information you enter) shall not be send to Processing of the data is absolutely secure, no one can get personal and banking information of the client.

Personal data of the buyer.
When placing an order you (Client) provide the following information: full name, email address, phone, shipping address. Triaxes company uses this information to fulfill the obligation towards the Client. Triaxes company shall not disclose the information received from the Client. It is not considered a violation to provide personal information of the Client to agents and third parties acting on the basis of the agreement with Triaxes in order to execute obligations towards the Client. It is not considered a violation of the obligations to disclose the information in accordance with the valid and applicable requirements of the law.
Personal information of the user is kept confidential, except in cases when the information is voluntarily provided by the user to the public. In this case the user agrees that a certain part of his personal information becomes public.
Triaxes company reserves the right to store users’ personal information in accordance with internal regulations. Triaxes company guarantees organizational and technical measures to protect personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as other illegal actions of third parties with it.

How can I get a refund?
When purchasing a license of one of Triaxes software products, you confirm that you have got acquainted with the demo version and made sure the software will run on your computer and the selected configuration suits your requirements. You agree that you will not claim a refund of your money after getting the activation code for the software.
When buying software a refund takes place only on condition that the program has not been activated (the activation code wasn’t sent).

Refunds are not made in the following cases:
1. The buyer shall have no right to return the used goods, when the exterior of the product and its consumer characteristics were affected, in the absence of a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods (the Law “On Protection of Consumers’ Rights” of the Russian Federation).
2. The software of good quality cannot be returned and exchanged, since it refers to the “List of non-food items that cannot be returned or exchanged” in accordance with Article 25 of the Law “On Protection of Consumers’ Rights” of the Russian Federation.
3. The nominal licenses are not subject to the return or exchange according to the Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation “On approval of the Rules of the remote sale of goods”: “Buyer has no right to refuse the goods of good quality having individually defined properties if the specified goods may be used only by the consumer”. Nominal licenses are corporate licenses and licenses issued for a particular person or entity.

How the software delivery is perfomed? How to get the activation code?
The software is delivered electronically. After the payment is accepted, a download link to the installation pack, as well as the activation key, installation guide and personal profile password on, will be sent to your e-mail adress specified in the order form within 1 business day.
How to upgrade my software? How much does it cost?
When you upgrade the software from the 6-month subscription to the permanent licence you should pay only the price difference.

For that, please, contact our sales department and ask for an upgrade coupon code which will give you a discount equal to the price of the previous license. Then, make an order for the permanent licence software using this coupon code.

How to update my software? How much does it cost?
The update is FREE within 1 year after the purchase, upgrade or previous update of the software. Contact our manager to get the new install pack. Activate the software with the activation key that you got after the purchase or previous update.
When the 1-year free subscription period is over: new 1-year free subscription costs 25% of the current software price. Contact our manager to get a coupon code for the update, purchase the software using the coupon code (apply the coupon code when purchasing the software). After payment you will be sent the new activation key and the link to the new install pack.
Are there any discounts in case we need 2 or more applications?
Yes, there are discounts in such cases. If you purchase one more license for the work on the second computer you will get a 20% discount. The percent of the discount is rising depending on amount of the purchased licenses.

How to get a permanent license if I already have a six-month licence? How much does it cost?
If you are an owner of a six-month license and want to get a permanent one, you can get it by paying the price difference only. Contact our sales department to get it.
