In the illustrious city of Gus‑Khrustalny, a virtual Akim Vasilyevich Maltsov is at work — an industrialist and founder of glass factories on the Gus River and of the city itself.

During the first month of operation, Akim Vasilyevich took over 3,000 photos with residents and visitors of the city.

The photo kiosk also features an information module with facts about the history of Gus‑Khrustalny, its landmarks, and useful information: where to eat, where to find a hotel, and what original souvenirs to buy.

The installation of the touch‑screen kiosk is the first stage in implementing the pedestrian route «In Search of the Lost Glass Recipe».

The kiosk was manufactured by «Touch Lab» (St. Petersburg); the virtual character and software were developed by «Triaxes Line» (Kaliningrad).
