Terms used
Activation key — user name and serial number, usually is stored in the activation file.
Hardware security key — a little trinket that is plugged into your computer USB port. You will get it in the bundle of Triaxes programs by mail. Remember that hardware security key needs to be plugged into your computer before each program launch.

Activation code — short character set, usually is stored in the activation file. Unlike the activation key, this code does not contain information about the license. You will receive an activation file after purchasing software from your distributor by e-mail or directly on the disk with installation package of the program.
Activation query file — file with a special key for activation that Triaxes software creates when there is no Internet connection.
Activation reply file — file with a serial number of your license that Triaxes web site creates .
Deactivation query file — file with a special key for deactivation that Triaxes software creates when there is no Internet connection.
