How to buy the software?

How does the free demo version work?

You can download the free demo version of Triaxes Legend Professional in order to study the software and make your pilot projects. All the functions of the Professional configuration will be available to you. The free demo version cannot be used for commercial purposes and have a restriction preventing commercial use: Triaxes logo on the resulting images to be printed.
The software works in demo mode until it is activated. Then, if you want to get an activation code, it will be necessary to purchase it.

How does the free demo version work?

How to activate the software?

1. Save the activation file we sent to you after purchasing to your hard drive. This is a zip archive with the activation txt file inside. Unpack it.
2. Download, install and run the demo version. The Activation dialog appears.
3. Press the Open… button and select the activation txt file.
4. Press the Activate button.
Don’t use the copy-paste operation when activating. Use the Open… button in the Activation dialog to upload the activation key.

How do I use promotion discounts?

When a promotion campaign is on discounted prices are marked by the red color on price lists (red prices). Just add a product to the cart. When you add 2 and more products, the discount will be recalculated with a higher rate.

How secure is the purchasing procedure?

When paying for the order with your bank card (including the card number that you enter) the payment is handled on the web-site of the PayU e-payment system. It means that your confidential data (your bank card details, registration data and other information you enter) shall not be send to triaxes.com. Processing of the data is absolutely secure, no one can get personal and banking information of the client.
All data entered by you on the payment form of the PayU processing center are fully protected in accordance with the PCI DSS security standard. We get only the information about the payment delivery.
You will get a message about payment authorization at the e-mail address you specified when making the payment. If, in your opinion, there was a delay in order processing, please, contact us at info@triaxes.com.

Personal data of the buyer.
When placing an order you (Client) provide the following information: full name, email address, phone, shipping address. Triaxes company uses this information to fulfill the obligation towards the Client. Triaxes company shall not disclose the information received from the Client. It is not considered a violation to provide personal information of the Client to agents and third parties acting on the basis of the agreement with Triaxes in order to execute obligations towards the Client. It is not considered a violation of the obligations to disclose the information in accordance with the valid and applicable requirements of the law.
Personal information of the user is kept confidential, except in cases when the information is voluntarily provided by the user to the public. In this case the user agrees that a certain part of his personal information becomes public.
Triaxes company reserves the right to store users’ personal information in accordance with internal regulations. Triaxes company guarantees organizational and technical measures to protect personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as other illegal actions of third parties with it.

How can I get a refund?

When purchasing a license of one of Triaxes software products, you confirm that you have got acquainted with the demo version and made sure the software will run on your computer and the selected configuration suits your requirements. You agree that you will not claim a refund of your money after getting the activation code for the software.
When buying software a refund takes place only on condition that the program has not been activated (the activation code wasn’t sent).

Refunds are not made in the following cases:
1. The buyer shall have no right to return the used goods, when the exterior of the product and its consumer characteristics were affected, in the absence of a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods (the Law “On Protection of Consumers’ Rights” of the Russian Federation).
2. The software of good quality cannot be returned and exchanged, since it refers to the “List of non-food items that cannot be returned or exchanged” in accordance with Article 25 of the Law “On Protection of Consumers’ Rights” of the Russian Federation.
3. The nominal licenses are not subject to the return or exchange according to the Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation “On approval of the Rules of the remote sale of goods”: “Buyer has no right to refuse the goods of good quality having individually defined properties if the specified goods may be used only by the consumer”. Nominal licenses are corporate licenses and licenses issued for a particular person or entity.

How the software delivery is perfomed? How to get an activation code?

Legend software is delivered electronically and physically. That means, you should download it from the products page and then activate it (see How to activate the software? above) after the payment is accepted. Also you will get a backup flash drive with the software and a hardware protection key in an original box after purchasing.

How to upgrade my software? How much does it cost?

When you upgrade any configuration of the software (for example, from Legend 45 to Legend 360), you should pay only difference in prices.

How to update my software? How much does it cost?

Updates are free within a year after purchasing/upgrading the software. During that time period you can download current versions of the software from the products page and activate with your activation key. After that you can buy one 1 year subscription for updates which costs 10% of the software price.

Are there any discounts in case we need 2 or more applications?

Yes, there are discounts in such cases. If you purchase one more license for the work on the second computer you will get a 20% discount. The percent of the discount is rising depending on the amount of purchased licenses.

How is CMYK images support realized?

CMYK images support is realized when you open PSD files and save (encode) your results into a PSD file.
When you open a CMYK image, temporary inner copies are created in the RGB model so that you could see the source images on the screen (displays work with RGB). When the image is encoded CMYK data are used (in the “To file” mode only). The encoded image is NOT converted to RGB and is NOT shown on the display. When the encoded image is created the color profile of the FIRST (source) image is used.

I want to have a box version of the software. How can I get it? How much is it?

A back-up CD for 17.75$ will be added to your cart automatically. You can remove this item if you do not need it. We also offer box versions in our original box for 47$ + the price of the required configuration + shipping. The box version is supplied in the original box with the Triaxes logo on it, which includes a flash drive with all the necessary distributives and protection hardware key. Do you provide any traning for 3D novices?

If you pucrhase the software for more than 300$, we provide free trainings via e-mail, skype, phone, etc. We also offer tutorials for about 8$ per hour. Our specialists will share their experience with you and will help to get great results with the software.
